To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to inform you of the
excellent service that I received from one of
your realtors, Ms. Valerie Berg.
I had been looking for a house, mostly in the
Langley area, for some months with little
success due to the nature of the current market.
The realtor I was working with at the time may
have been to busy or uninterested as it was not
his primary area. I was the one finding the
listings, from either the Internet or real
estate papers, and then he would give me the
address and I would drive by to have a look.
Using this process proved quite unsuccessful as
the better listings were always sold by the time
I viewed them. I became discouraged and decided
to put off buying a house until market
conditions improved.
Upon referral from a mutual friend, Ms Berg
called and assured me she would work very hard
on my behalf and be able to get some showings
soon after the properties were listed. I must
admit to being a little skeptical at first but
her sincerity convinced me to at least give her
a chance. I think that was the best decision I
could have made towards finding a house. She did
work very hard, her integrity and
professionalism was unquestioned and I was able
to quickly see some suitable listings. Ms. Berg
also quickly appreciated the sort of house I was
looking for and was able to show me only those
which had possibilities.
She did not waste my time and I always felt
she had my interest first and foremost. Although
we just missed getting offers in on 2 places
(one because I hesitated, the because there was
an offer made the afternoon it was listed and I
viewed it after work), she never pressured me
into making an offer. She would merely state the
fact that these better listings are going
quickly. Working with Ms. Berg also helped me to
appreciate the market conditions better and I
was able to know very quickly upon being shown
the house whether or not to make an offer.
This proved invaluable as the house I finally
purchased had been on the market only a day or
two and there were back-up offers. I am very
pleased and happy with this house and the
neighborhood. I want to thank you for the
exceptional service and Ms. Berg can be assured
of my repeat business and any referrals.
