Biography
Valerie Berg
knows first-hand the value of owning real estate.
She was just 24 when she made her first purchase - a
cabin at Manning Park. She has owned a number of
properties since then, including a Revenue duplex,
recreation property and her White Rock and Belcarra
homes.
But it wasn't until she ended a 15-year career in the
accounting department of Canadian Airlines that she
became a Realtor.
Now Valerie is a "full-time" Realtor with Macdonald
Realty.
Born and raised in Vancouver, she makes her home in
White Rock and Belcarra. Valerie knows the importance of
keeping current with changes pertaining to the real
estate industry and upgrades her knowledge and skills on
a regular basis. She has also completed several college
courses relating to computers, accounting, payroll ,
financial management and BC Recreation and Parks degree
for weight training and fitness instruction .
From 1999 until present, Valerie has served on the MLS
Committee, Business Practice Committee and currently the
Government Relations Committee being the liaison between
the Government and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
A hard worker and self-described "go-getter", Valerie is
committed to helping her clients get what they want. Her
vision for results is one of her positive strengths. She
is professional, precise, and consistent in her
dealings, and prides herself on her honesty. Many people
see her as a self-starter dedicated to achieving
results.
When not selling, Valerie enjoys sports with her family
including Water/Snow skiing, Quading, motorcycling,
hockey, Old cars (her 67 camaro convertible) and working
out at the gym.
